John Goodman

John received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration, political science and communications from the Cleveland State University. John attended Marshall Law School in 1985. John joined EF Hutton in 1985 and then at Cowen & Co. in 1987 as a managing director/partner. He served as managing partner at Cowen & Co. (which was later purchased by Sociate General and then later Lehman Borthers) until he joined Wachovia (later purchased by Wells Fargo) in 2002 as a managing director. In 2012, John became senior managing partner, member of the board, and principal at McDonald Partners, LLC, a firm that manages over $1.8 billion dollars, and is the head of the investment banking, real estate, commercial lending and real estate mortage notes divisions. Responsibilities at McDonald Partners include: Investment Banking, Asset Backed Lending, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Wealth Management. John is also the founder and current managing director of Bluebridge Networks, LLC.

Philip Weihe

Most of Philip's professional career has been focused on finance and accounting. Mr. Weihe — who earned his bachelor's from the University of Michigan — held several finance-related positions at Premier-Farnell PLC from 1986 to 1998. The British company acquired Cleveland industrial distributor Premier Industrial Corp. in 1996. 

Afterward, Philip served as accounting director at a telecommunications company called CoreComm until 2002. From 2002 to 2003, he served as a consultant for Resources Global Professionals, a professional services firm based in Irvine, Calif. Next, he served as controller for Clinical Research Management Inc., a contract research organization based in Hinckley, before joining BlueBridge Networks in 2004.

Tony Lehman

Anthony Lehman is the Broker of Record and Head of Property Management for Sterling Realty Advisors.  In these roles for Sterling Realty Advisors, Tony and his team manage and lease 800,000+ square feet of office and nearly 200,000 square feet of retail in the Cleveland, Akron, and Dayton markets.  Prior to joining Sterling Realty, Tony was the Director of Operations for Munsell Realty Advisors where he and his team managed and leased 600,000+ square feet of office in the Dayton market.  Before joining Munsell Realty, Tony was an Asset Manager for Miller Valentine responsible for a $500 million dollar portfolio of approximately 40 assets consisting of office, retail, industrial, hotels and senior housing in the Dayton, Cincinnati and Toledo markets in Ohio as well as Phoenix, Arizona, Fort Wayne, Indiana and Lexington, Kentucky.  Tony’s initial exposure to real estate was as an Asset Manager for Lincoln National Corporation.  During his three years at Lincoln, he managed a $200 million portfolio consisting of retail and industrial properties in Florida, Texas and the Carolinas.

Tony has a Bachelor’s Degree from Anderson University in Accounting, a Master’s Degree from Ball State University in Finance, a Master’s Degree from Wright State University in Health Services Administration, a now lapsed CPA certification and the prestigious CCIM designation.  He is a past president of the NAIOP – Dayton Chapter.
